Pros

The work from home environment. Good supportive teams. Ok benefits.

Cons

If you’re considering joining the sales team: -Very low pay for sales reps, lowest in the industry -High turnover with sales team. Poor work-life balance. Lacks diversity. -Territory mismanagement. You lose an account you sell within a calendar year. No renewal compensation for accounts you sell. -Sales leadership is weak and incompetent, they are basically admins for tracking high activity and KPI’s with no leadership skills only high-pressure micro management and toxic work environment -Sales leadership and Senior leadership is a Fraternity from Pluralsight which they ran into the ground. They are selling the dream of IPO coming. Very few sales reps hit their quota and almost none acquire OTE so no money to make here.

Pros

Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

Cons

No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
