      Revenue generation, excellent at all of the business aspects of being a software company

      Cons

      Some strange power struggles and product management issues as well as some problems with Engineering management and its processes - nothing terrible, but not on the same level as the business side of the house

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
