      Pros

      The product is unmatched and is absolutely relevant in the vast majority of conversations for any business. Most of leadership makes themselves readily available for any level of assistance in order to help push the deal through.

      Cons

      Below average compensation from a software sales perspective. Definitely an opportunity to make money, but territory and luck have a lot to do with it.

      Pros

      Great benefits and great people to work with. The product itself is a great and superior product.

      Cons

      No training. No pipeline. No real support for SMB. You are basically a glorified SDR. Any real leads come from events or if you have good install base accounts. Hardly any good inbounds come and and if you do get a good and decent size inbound, they take it away from you to give to a mid-market rep. The juice isn't worth the squeeze. If you don't mind constantly grinding, go for it. Otherwise, I would recommend looking else where.
