Pros
Nice to be working in a sustainable industry. Generous salary and benefits. Has potential but needs some big changes at the top.
Cons
Run by management with very corporate backgrounds and limited knowledge on how to build a company from the ground up. More c-suite executives than is necessary and not enough ‘doers’ in the company. Cronyism is rife and there’s a constant merry go round of people being hired from VMO2 and Liberty Global. Jobs never seem to open up to the general public where we might find refreshing talent. People continuously hire their best mates leaving no room to develop or progress when a position becomes available. Seems a very unfair way of doing things and it is demotivating. You are rewarded on who you know rather than what you know. It will be the downfall to the success of this company.
