Other employees are great people You get a paycheck

Employees are not valued at all. They are seen as easily replaceable and disposable. President would rather lose hard working employees than give them what they deserve such as bonuses, raises, benefits and good working conditions (turn the heat on it's not that expensive!!!). Upper management gets treated like royalty however don't expect to reach that level as positions are hired for externally rather than giving internal staff a chance.

I've been working for Egan for over a Year now. It is actually the first company that I do enjoy waking up and going to work for. There is a great amount of support you get from everyone within the company as we all work together as team, regardless what position you are as equality is very high. Our new CEO is great and provides a great sense of being approachable and understanding, which allows us as employees to not be afraid to share opinions, thoughts & ideas. VP’s and Management are as well the same. They provide great support which allows you to get your job done. Egan as well has a lot of renovations happening, and I see how great the office is turning out, making us feel more at home. Ideally don’t judge a book by its cover. There are as well a lot of events held, (Bowling days, appreciation days & many more), which allow us to celebrate together a job well done. Overall, what more can I ask for. Egan provides a great work environment which is only improving more and more. I have a great support cast that I am not afraid to reach out to for assistance. I got co-workers that are very teamwork oriented, and got a CEO that really cares about making Egan a great place to work at. Thanks EGAN!
