Pros
Many smart people and good technology. Some groups are very creative and driven. If you're capable you can move up quickly and move between groups without too much trouble. Helps your career if you can take ownership of a product feature and elevate its status. Much of your career is what you make of it. If you are a recent grad, this is an excellent place to get experience, as you'll be thrown right into your role and be expected to "hit the ground running". Most managers are very knowledgeable and helpful. Great benefits.
Cons
Bit odd working hours, however it helps you to reduce a considerable amount of your time that we will spend on our way to work as there will be less traffic during those hours ;)
