Pros
EWS genuinely cares for employees. They are very flexible with anything that may come up in your personal life. I was able to work from home which was great. The employees are all friendly and make a good team. Management does small thoughtful things throughout the year to make employees feel good. Employee of the month, company outings, bonuses, free coffee, flowers. If you work in the office you have unlimited snacks, coffee, etc. There is some PTO and periodic raises. Computer equipment and office supplies are all included. There are benefits including dental and Aflac. Overall this is a place that I would recommend working at. I learned a lot and met great people. Perfect place for someone seeking a good work/life balance. Always off at 4 and never work a weekend or holiday.
Cons
Expensive health insurance, pay could be better, you may feel stressed or unprepared for some of the work load and you must wear many hats. No option for overtime, (but I didn’t want to work overtime anyways).
