Pros
-The work is fun and interesting with a good amount of responsibility given to younger engineers for the size of the company. -Campus is great and people like to make work enjoyable. -Pay is good.
Cons
-You’ll get to do a lot but rarely achieve anything since projects are frequently re-scoped or canceled. -There’s a lot of politics. -The most important factor for promotions and recognition is gender.
