- Senior leadership is stuck in their ways making it difficult for any change or profession - Career advancement isn’t great — when it comes to professional development they don’t want to put in any money towards the employee. Their reimbursement applies only to tuition, certificate programs don’t count which makes no sense if you are trying to build on your career, learning, and development without having to pursue another degree. - Culture is different with new CEO. Innovation is at the forefront which is great and makes sense from a strategic standpoint but really makes the culture feel negative than it once was. - Zero transparency from upper leadership downwards - Department has a high turnover rate but nothing gets done to address it
