Pros
Benefits were great, especially the company shutdown during the December holidays; getting that extra week off was amazing. The campus was nice too, with a large park in the middle that was nice for lunchtime relaxation. Onsite Fitness center with state of the art equipment and fitness trainer was a bonus too.
Cons
Management talked the talk, but didn't quite get around to walking the walk. HR way too supportive of management at the expense of long term employees. The cafeteria good used to be good, but a change in suppliers caused the quality and value to drop significantly, and it was less expensive and nicer to go off campus to eat.
