Pros
You'll be treated well if you're a part of the Edwards family or one of the many families that are employed there.
Cons
Proper training never provided even when requested on multiple occasions. Hours you're expected to work are not as advertised, yet questioned regarding overtime and "timecard" consistently near the point of harassment. Loud/smelly smokers frequently walking through an area where employees are typically handling phone calls. Awful traffic. Terrible policies.
