Pros

Pay, commission, training are above others in the industry. Edwards makes you aware of expectations during your training period. They are very traditional in choosing black for the employees to wear and expect men and women to be groomed professionally. Advancement is available to those who are "ready". If you aren't where you need to be then advancement won't happen. Edwards And management give you the tools to succeed and even have the trainer who is also the Brand Ambassador to help you out and answer questions whenever needed. If you don't succeed then it's your own fault and laziness. The environment is great as well. Very team oriented and they give managers the ability to manage without being micro managed. The really nice thing is that it's very structured... Company wise and operations. Which is great when you compare them to the rest of the industry.

Cons

I don't have too many. If I had to think of some cons it would be that maintenance needs to realize that they report to the manager and not the regional. The shadowing period after or before actual sales training should be shorter. Other than that... Nothing else. Maybe open more regional positions.
