Pros
EDJ gives you complete freedom to do what you want to run your business. As long as your numbers are good you are free to take time off when needed. You can go months without hearing from anyone in the corporate office.
Cons
They make you go through some corporate training at headquarters for a couple weeks and then get some certain number to keep your job and then the support pretty much stops. If you get in good with your regional leader or if you know someone you can get a goodknight from you will be okay, if you start from scratch its a very tough hill to climb.
