      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential. Great resources for questions. Trying very hard to keep up with technology. Great series 7 and 66 training to get you started.

      Cons

      Convoluted pay structure for beginners. At 7 months your pay can drop 60% for under performing. Performance measures are unknown to new hires making it difficult to know where you need to be. Doing what's best for the client even if it means the FA suffers. The door-to-door marketing method just plain stinks.

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Cons

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
