Pros
I was with EJ for 3 years as an FA. It's a cut throat job. The FAs that make it are one of a kind. If you have what it takes, which few do you WILL be successful and have an amazing career, a life that no one around you will have. As for me, I just didn't make the cut. The first 3-5 years are extremely tough. When I say tough, I don't mean your job duties, I mean mentally and you really can't prepare yourself for it until your actually out in the field living it.
Cons
No cons. Its hard work. If your not willing to work hard you will not have success. People will complain about why they didn't make it. If you fail at this job it's your own fault and I take responsibility for that. EJ sets you up for success, everyone around you wants you to be successful. They will bend over backwards to help you. You just have to ask for it.
