Pros

Not even a single one!

Cons

You will be forced to do 90% of the work, and you will never make a livable wage. "Benefits" are a joke or a con depending on how you look at it. You will have to pay to manage your own accounts. You will most likely be manipulated, gaslighted, abused, and harassed, and no one will care. You will be forced to lie to your clients in order to cover for your advisor and home office almost daily. Everything will be your fault no matter what, even if you have documents proving they are not. BOAs are leaving in droves because no one cares. BOAs are underpaid, overworked, undervalued, disrespected, and worthless in the eyes of the company. Even the spouses of the advisors will admit they see the abuse, and they know home office covers it up because the abuse does not end when they go home. This company, the advisors, and their abuse is now being cited in seperation, divorce, and custody paperwork because spouses are seeing what happens and documenting it. They hear the lies, and they know the advisors are nothing but toxic narcissists monsters. Do NOT allow yourself to be a monster's next victim!

Pros

- Decent benefits programs. - Teammates who cared about the quality of work they provided and the people they worked with. - Direct superiors who were people of integrity that I respect immensely and wish nothing but the best for.

Cons

- Recent removal of remote work for all associates regardless of how long they had worked remotely previously (13 years in my case). This push to onsite work will damage long term profitability and likely cause a mass exodus of talented associates (if it has not already). - Massive amount of offshore outsourcing that has greatly reduced the quality of work at the home office. - Lack of flexibility regarding work schedules that has severely damaged work-life balance.
