      Pros

      Noone tell you what to do at all. You could walk around the yard in circles and as long as your moving as say your busy. Thats it.

      Cons

      I don't even know where to start here. Anything that could possibly be wrong with a position at a company this company does it. You do you job and Noone available to help. Time management is horrible... hopefully they get rid of the warehouse supervisor when I was there is the best move they could make.

      Good co workers. That's it.

      Sad pay for what they expect to be done. Terrible training. Management seems to be against teamwork.
