Pros
Education.com was a great place to work for the most part. People were striving to be their best, and worked toward common goals. The pay and hours were excellent. Most worked as a team and worked to improve one another.
Cons
Most were very hard working and pursued their goals. A select few were more into trying to assert themselves above others when their positions were very secure and they would make others uncomfortable and frustrated. These seemed to be the NON engineering / developing positions ie designers and social media.. Management didn't seem to care about that even though they were very aware of it.
