Personal development, ways of working, work life balance. Colleagues are a great to work with, enjoy working across multiple product and departmental streams. Being part of a dramatic change and business transformation under new owners. Seeing a vision as articulated by the CEO and being able to relate to it and see where you can influence the business outcomes
Cons
Having to deal with the tarnish and bad vibes that the previous owners have left in the business due to systemic under investment in people and products whilst squeezing all possible cash out.
