Pros
Most of the kids are a pleasure to be around. They want to be there and are hard workers. If there is a problem child, the management is quick to fix the problem.
Cons
The pay is really low and the director will not give you a raise. I talked to teachers that were there for more than 5 years and were never given a raise.
