Pros

- Working culture is good - People are good & soft but two faced, outside they all are smiling but inside keeping evil's eye

Cons

- You will feel fantasized by looking at white people there , but believe me the foundation of the organization is not stable - You never know when you will thrown out of the company, - Will give you high salary package because foreign cuurency multiplies here but that doesnt mean you got their trust, - Organization works to get millionare over a night that doesnt work - Join a stabilized brand to consider as career option but not Educaro.

Pros

- High flexibility in terms of working hours and location - Very low power distance and valuable support/mentoring from top management - Great transparent and direct 360° feedback culture - Lots of opportunities to assume responsibility and create impact - For me, the perfect balance between demand and support from supervisors

Cons

Nor really cons, but recommendations for potential applicants: - You need to be flexible and comfortable with less strict structures. The business is in scaling phase establishing new and stabilising existing processes. Educaro is not a corporate environment, but a well-organised start-up. - Team members are expected to be good communicators with great organisational savviness, meaning you should be a fast learner and good at grasping a complex context.

Pros

None. Nothing. They are worst and pathetic institute.

Cons

They are only money minded , they make false promises for Germany job seeker visa assistance, they will ask total around 135000 for job seeker visa assistance and in it subsequently included their fee for things which one can do at his own. Also once you get a job based on their assistance, you will have to pay 10% of your yearly salary to them for 3 YEARS. They are purely money minded. They German language certificates are not valid anywhere.
