12 hour days, at times can be stressful since you are only one doing anything except dishwasher, owner is a hot head who sits in his backroom smoking all day and he has got in a physical fight because of he takes his problems out on his only employee, felt unsafe at times, and was given no tax 1099 since it was more a contract job
