Pros
- Family Oriented: The student care center I was deployed at is considered one of the new ones that opened this year. It didn't take long till I felt a sense of warmth and inclusivity that is hard to find elsewhere. The staff and educators here truly go above and beyond to foster a nurturing environment where every student feels valued and supported. It is clear that their main priority lies in the holistic development of each individual, not just academically but also emotionally and socially. - Well Planned Character Development Lesson Plans: Every day we conduct different lesson plans for the students from Arts & Crafts, Reading Programmes and even Outdoor Activities. There is a team that plans all these lesson plans for all of us monthly making it easier for us as teachers to lead our class so we all are able to carry out our role to the best of our abilities when we lead and engage our students! - Supportive Management: There is no perfect company but I'm glad that our company takes an interest in getting feedback from us on how they can improve as a company and even sending us for courses like First Aid and WSQ which is company sponsored. Overall, a very good company to work in especially if you are interested to shape the lives of children or just passionate! :)
