Pros
Some centre allow schedule submission which enables you to work more days Sometimes can get free lunch if there's enough food HR are mostly very responsive and nice Most of the centre managers are really nice as well
Cons
While centres have pretty much the same routine, they do have different practices on certain things. Always check in on the centres practices and methodology - some allow you to have lunch/tea break with the kids some do not allow, some practices according to SOP some do not. Some have outdoor time some do not.
