Pros

I worked in the office and in the branch. The atmosphere in the offices is a world away from the branches and relaxed and supportive.

Cons

The company will change your contract or job role with no mention and minimal respect. The atmosphere is completely vile in the branches, with bullying and abuse a key component of everyday life. The whole system is geared to the ' individual profit centre' mode, which is extremely lame and results in branches competing with nearby EE branches and a nasty atmosphere internal to the company. Pay was pretty rubbish, with it all being geared to a profit share scheme, meaning that the branch manager will obviously pocket as much of that as possible and leave branch staff fighting over the threadbare remains.

Pros

Profit share Overall a good company

Cons

Multiple managers no clue Regional support negligible pcm always supported Multiple jobs absorbed no recognition Wages low in comparison to other wholesalers No yearly wage rise no review Having to ask for a wage review isn't always appreciated Being the one person that knows most does the most trains everybody stands by the spi's and health and safety At the end you are no more no less than what you're contract says. Do not take up any more jobs positions with out a new contract and wage scale Don't beguiled by the promise of profit share you only get what the pcm wants to give.

Pros

You can get a Company car quite early

Cons

Graduate training scheme is mostly a lie there is not set pipeline to management so your training is purely luck based on if you are input in a bigger branch and are allowed to stay there Achieved double my target and was told my bonus would be less than last year due to "unforeseen costs"
