The worst kind of work politics in which there is a lot of nepotism, racism and high level of unethical behaviour. Management prefers certain cultures only and you experience humiliation through them and parents. Worst kind of students in terms of behaviour with no consequences but can’t blame them because the staff/parent commmunity are the worst kind. There is no Islam. Teachers are forced to change grades of donors’ children. Parents have no respect for teachers even if they are family members of a shaykh. Printers do not have paper and you have to literally fetch your own supply constantly. There is a lot of gossip and teachers yell at each other. There is no accountability! Management almost causes you to give up your prep to cover as a sub! There is always shortage of subs. You can’t even get sick in peace. This place sucks every ounce of positivity hence the high turnover rate. Expect to be thrown under the bus no matter how hard you work and how amazing you are as a teacher!

Good hours due to being a substitute.

Sometimes short notice is given.
