Pros
pension fund good, annual leave fairly generous, better if you're a lecturer. Generally excellent colleagues with the usual exceptions
Cons
Management take little or no responsibility for their ineptitude, as they are dreadful at organising. Awful management of people, buzzwords and finance take massive precedence over working conditions for both staff and students. Blame culture from management to other staff.
