Edgytal is known for its processes and its professionalism, which is one of the core foundations on which our organization is built. That necessitates discipline at the workplace - hence the shift timings.
As far as leaves go, all employees get 21 paid leaves and weekends off. We have a track record of never having rejected a leave request, and we intend to keep it that way.
Having said that, your feedback is taken constructively and we will do our best to make improvements so that our current employees benefit from your feedback.
