      Easy way to get your clearance Good pay if you're just starting out Decent benefits

      Cons

      No room for growth Micromanagement is rampant No formal training in place Benefits seem to be there to disguise the worse parts of the company. Pay is only decent for starting out. Higher tier positions don't get paid to the standard in the area.
