Pros
Great culture - people who really care about each other and work well together. Lots of sharing of knowledge. New starters feel well welcomed and well supported. Flexible working - good work life balance. Nice, modern offices in central London. Free lunch when in the office - super perk! Regular communication from management regarding company updates etc.
Cons
Not necessarily a con - but it is a very busy environment and so can be pressurised.
