no structure within services, service users allowed to push boundaries all of the time. staff treated with no compassion when off on long term sick leave. Late or wrong payments. Too much responsibility for one person. You have to pay to eat when out in the community, no staff provisions. They care more about paperwork than the service users or staff, like I said it's all keeping up appearances. Rude treatment of staff by managers/team managers No christmas bonus or party Low wage (yet the company send out flyers talking about their however many £million in profits Long 24hr shifts, no one to help if you've been kept awake on your sleep in shift Service users always being let down by management, which they take out on their staff Stressful
