      Pros

      No monitoring do you can work at your own hours. This is the only positive out here.

      Cons

      Business managers are incompetent bunch of recent pass outs No process. Things change everyday. No incentive. Even if they declare a structure and you qualify still they wont pay you. Your salary and conveyance are only what you get. They fire people on Microsoft Teams. HR is useless. They dont layoff. Just threaten you to resign on your own. Pathetic poor culture. Noone attends office in proper attire also.

      You will learn a lot because I was given a free hand for developing the systems. Your input is taken and your work is appreciated.

      During my time the work was't streamlined much. But we worked on it a lot.
