The people are amazing to work with

Not much room for growth

While working there, the company was in the process of shifting from a family-run organization to a corporate organization. The "family" and small business values that remained were evident in certain people, and those people made the company what it was four years ago. My co-workers were an awesome group of people and i do miss them.

While working there, the company was in the process of shifting from a family-run organization to a corporate organization. The "family" culture and culture of employee appreciation drastically fell off. Unfortunately, those remaining in management had no concept of the direct correlation between employee morale and the present and future direction of a company. I was drastically underpaid and under-appreciated.
