With H&F ownership there is no stake in the game for employees and the 401k match is lower than any of the major corporations EFE supports, which is leading to a problem attracting talent IMO. 3. We all know that an AZ call center job in financial services is relatively low pay and that's why many of the big financials have call centers here. You've got to move up to make big bucks (but moving up is actually possible here so that's a big WIN, and I think a new career entrant will make more at EFE than local competitors)
