      Pros

      Good colleague and India head. You will have lots of free time. Free Snacks

      Cons

      India center has no managers, for everything you need to depend on US team. No activity (forget about activities ) No local IT support, If something went wrong you have to wait for days to get it resolved . Lots of legacy system and old Java codes you need to deal with them on daily basis . No scope of promotion and self growth you have to be remain a developer.
