Thank you for sharing this feedback. I'm disheartened to hear much of it, however, since we've worked hard to make team integration, diversity and inclusion, harassment prevention and other cultural impacts major priorities for our leadership teams across the U.S. I’m also surprised, since there is so much wonderful, exciting work taking place in our Chicago office under the leadership of our new Regional President there.
