Pros
Incredible learning curve, get to work with and learn from some seasoned professionals. Good company with a long standing heritage. Growth if you work hard, but its a slow process. Staff discount.
Cons
Overly complicated processes. Lack of trust / responsibility given, instead it was a top down leadership style, yet explanations of performance are directly on the shoulders of those who were not allowed to be the decision makers. Negativity due to internal politics, regular restructuring and a leading through fear culture. This type of atmosphere needs to be addressed not ignored.
