Pros

Hybrid schedule is given to parents ONLY

Cons

• cannot pay suppliers and vendors and even mall rental on time making frontliners manage the anger of external parties • brands are pulling out due to low sales, slow payouts and overall incompetence in handling the brands • promoting employees based on how “bibo” they are and not based on how good they are at their job • they will offer above average salary for you to be held accountable for the responsibilities of 3 or more roles • founders are micromanagers. They want things done according to how they want it. • founders will ask you to do things even if they are not aligned with your values and beliefs. If you don’t do it, they will guilt trip you. • they focus their budget on marketing and fix the facade of the brand and let the employees suffer due to lack of manpower. No budget for additional heads in the teams. • they will require you to man the expos even if it is not a part of your job. They will make you handle cashiering even without experience and hold you accountable for errors in tallying sales. • bela, one of the founders, said in the townhall that if the things happening in edamama is not what you want, you can leave. It just proves how they really don’t care about their people. TAKE IT OR LEAVE IT
