      Nothing. Dont work here. If you want work life balance stay away. Felt like there was a lot racial undertones here as well.

      Cons

      STAY AWAY!!!! Everyone works overtime every single night and its joked about. People work to 2 and 3 at night month end. Top management knows workload is extreme and does not care. Staff extremely immature and unproffresional. Once you speak up everyone treats you bad and help management to get rid of you.

      Cons

      Extend operations to The Gambia, West Africa. Diary products, milk, and beef. Processing plant for export to United states and Europe. Investment opportunities in refregration and cold store infrastructure for commercial consumption is a business opportunity.
