Don't pay salary on time. Absolutely no benefits of any kind. Don't give documents (that you are suppose to get legally) on time. Following up for everything is like getting a second job buy without payment. No regards to your personal challenges. Totally SHAMELESS - no matter what you say, they have no shame to act on it. Their word has no value. Even written word has no value. If you are dealing with Eswar, get out of the organization ASAP. He is total piece of Sh**t. No response to your queries by HR, Payroll or any team. If they say they are working on something, that means they are not doing anything. So don't believe anything they say unless that thing is actually done.
