This One Institutional wrecked us all. The job was great before then.
Pay is hourly plus "incentives" now, and those metrics are incredibly hard to achieve. Our 40 hours turned into an EASY 55-60 every week Just to maintain the customers we have and the same pay we had.
We picked up all the ProGuard equipment because Ecolab let most of the employees go. So now we run bigger territories, with more broken equipment, smaller crews, and smaller paychecks.
I've been a route sales rep, then a territory rep, and now a senior rep. And I've done it all over the country. I don't even want a KAR or SSDM role anymore. Ecolab put all of them against each other. They now fight for the sale claim, and come to me to beg for the lead.
This is an utter disappointment.
