Lack of resources, Lack of direction, Personalities, Hidden agendas, uneven treatment, unsafe activities by operators, uneven treatment of employees on all levels (saw regularly at Tyler location), management takes advantage of the good people here and does not support the night shift whatsoever. They talk a good game about safety, but there are ridiculously unsafe behaviors (fork lift operation). This place wants to change for the better but is unwilling to do so, because it's work.
