Pros

- Nice, classy, colorful office in great location of North Vancouver. - Foosball table. - Bring pets to work. - Pizza, beers, bagels and chips. - Fancy coffee machine. - Great hardware, I got a brand new Macbook Pro, 2 monitors and standing desk. - Real high performing engineers dedicated to making excellent products. - Experienced managers that are humble and understanding. - Very good QA team that takes the job seriously. - Great investment and customers paying, they are selling real product and making real money already. - They pay me competitively. I feel satisfied with my income and benefit package. - Get to work with lots of different types of engineers and professionals. Web, firmware, robotics, farmers, etc. - Has that "this company is going places feel to it". I don't feel like I'm wasting my life when I go to work. - Get to contribute your skills to a company that actually benefits the world and helps people not just trying to get rich and sell people generic apps. They are solving making clean food easier to produce for farmers.

Cons

- Not a place to drink coffee and collect pay cheque, requires ambition and drive. Some will love this some won't. I myself enjoy the fast paced, high growth potential style. - No stock / equity package. (yet) I hear this may change soon though.

Pros

I genuinely don’t know where to begin because working as a Sales Representative at Ecoation has completely redefined what I thought was possible in a career. First of all — the compensation. The starting offers of $250,000 USD are real. Yes, real. And that’s just the beginning. The base is incredibly generous, and the commission structure feels like it was designed by someone who actually wants you to win big. The earning potential isn’t just “uncapped” in theory — it’s genuinely limitless. Management actively encourages you to dream bigger, sell bigger, and earn bigger. But it’s not just the salary. The perks are next-level: Comprehensive benefits that kick in immediately Performance bonuses that are actually achievable (and substantial) Travel opportunities that feel more like rewards than work Professional development budgets that make you feel invested in Flexible schedules that respect your personal life Leadership that celebrates success loudly and often The culture? Absolutely electric. Everyone is driven, supportive, and collaborative — not competitive in a cutthroat way, but in a “let’s all crush our goals together” way. Leadership is transparent and incredibly generous with recognition. Top performers are celebrated, rewarded, and promoted quickly. What stands out the most is how valued you feel. At many companies, “sales” can feel transactional. Here, you are treated like a strategic partner. Your voice matters. Your ideas matter. Your success matters. Ecoation has created an environment where high performance is rewarded in a way that feels almost unheard of in today’s market. Six-figure compensation is standard. $250K starting packages are not a stretch goal — they’re a serious commitment to attracting top talent and rewarding excellence. If you’re ambitious, driven, and ready to be compensated at a level that reflects your impact, this is hands-down one of the most generous and empowering sales roles out there.

Cons

No cons. CEO is super duper nice and very generous, he gave me a sign on bonus of 130,00 usd alongside a salary of 250,000
