Working hours were good and some of the staff were lovely

All staff are miserable due to the owner being so controlling. A lot of bitchiness. The owner is afraid to confront his staff himself and gets other people to do it for him. Holds back money on you. Tracks everywhere you go and everything you do. Sacks staff with no reason what so ever. Company is a sinking ship.
