Pros

At least they have Beautiful product

Cons

I have never worked in a place that lacked such diversity and inclusivity. When you walk into the showrooms and visit the global website, it’s clear that there are no people of color represented. I’ve never experienced a work environment where I felt uncomfortable because of my skin color or felt that I didn’t belong. After being hired for a specific role, I was unexpectedly given janitorial and cleaning duties that were not part of my job description. I requested a meeting with the hiring manager to express my concerns about feeling undervalued and the additional responsibilities that were not included in my contract. They responded by saying that the company is growing and that roles may change. However, I believe an offer letter serves as a contract, and I feel that it was not honored in this case. The training is disorganized, and there seems to be a lack of structure. The finance team is short-staffed, underpaid, and overwhelmed with work. It feels like they are taking advantage of young and inexperienced employees.
