Pros
Company focuses on getting things done, instead of working long hours or coming to the office. There are quite a few good people there (though a lot have left). The biggest pro is probably the industry - if you're into cybersecurity it might be a good place to start + you will have a chance to meet some real pros there.
Cons
Lack of leadership capabilities in the company. "We're aware of the problem" and "we're going to solve it" comes very easily but is followed by no visible action. Oh, also - no benefits. The salary's ok, but generally as a software developer you can join a large company offering solid benefits, or a startup offering equity. EclecticIQ offers (maybe it's changed now!) very little equity and very few benefits, with that offer it can't compete against other start-ups.
