Pros
Its a small, youthful, production company that sits perched in the Hollywood Hills--and (for me at least) that was a good thing--you can get a gentle glimpse of the mechanics that makes Hollywood work (hint: its the assistants). As an introduction to Hollywood in general and working at a production company specifically, it was a good internship. After all, unless you're wanting to be an agent or financier (and would need to be in Century City or Studio City), much of what Hollywood is is a bunch of people calling and talking on phones non-stop. You WILL learn how to roll calls, and you WILL learn the lingo.
If you do a really good job and stand out from the crowd, they might offer you full-time employment.
Cons
Its a small, young, production company, perched in the Hills. It lacks the romanticism and prestige of working on Sunset or in Studio City at a larger shingle. Its small, so you get to know people VERY well--the power dynamics, the personal defects....its basically like high school all over again.
