      Work place bonding is highly incentivised

      Cons

      Dodgy paperwork, too many reports of underpayment/unaccounted hours, staff turn out is insanely quick - includes management, contradictory policies and reporting, extremely old and badly maintained venues

      Pros

      Was a nice place to work untill recently. Regular pay, nice venue team who want the best for the venue.

      Cons

      From Head office to area manager whom doesn't understand the location or business needs. Changes behind closed doors, pushing staff and manager out by bullying untill they have no option to leave.
