      Colleagues are nice, Stable and no traveling.

      Cons

      Set working time, only with 30mins buffer. Taking personal leave is a bit hard (could be differ by the manager).

      Pros

      The accountant who is the person in charge, is a wonderful person, who will help you out with anything you may need. It is a great environment to work in.

      Cons

      It is very stressful, you wear many hats since it is such a small company. There is no training you are expected to learn as you go, and to learn and adapt quickly.
