Pros
Great place to break into the industry. Hired me straight out of school. Nice variety of projects always coming through the door and the owners really try to keep the clients coming in. Really relaxed environment where you can work at own pace without getting bothered too much.
Cons
Seems like management will do anything to get clients to sign on the dotted line, including unrealistic release dates considering their mostly junior staff and feature add-ons last minute just because customer "demands" it. You have to pay for your own parking, and good luck working if you don't have your own computers. I have a 2011 MacBook Pro that runs better than their Mac minis. Pay is also well below industry standard, even if we are straight out of school.
